Agents and landlords are fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including photos, prices, descriptions, and contact information. EasyBreeze does not verify the content of listings beyond agent identity verification.
EasyBreeze acts as a platform connecting tenants with agents and landlords. We are not a party to any rental agreement, nor do we bear responsibility for any disputes, payments, or damages arising from such agreements.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user for: fraudulent activity, fake listings, or aggressive/harassing behavior in private messages (with proof provided).
Photos uploaded to listings remain the property of the agent or landlord who uploaded them. By uploading, you grant EasyBreeze the right to display these photos on the platform. Photos of documents (licenses/IDs) are used solely for verification and are never displayed publicly.
EasyBreeze is a free platform. We do not charge any fees or commissions on rental transactions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
